Harness your organization’s internal wisdom, learn, and thrive.
You know you need to tend to your organization's health, and you do, but only in fits and starts.
Your day-to-day is relentless, and you put all of your energy into ensuring the communities you care about get what they need.
Or maybe you’re at a good inflection point and want to strengthen your organization to bring it to the next level.
Either way, you likely have some ideas about what to do, but you don’t have the bandwidth to pull all the pieces together in ways that lift up your people and sustainably change practice.
I can help you do just that by creating a customized organizational insights report and facilitating a team discussion of its findings so you collectively know where to focus.
I create the customized organizational insights report based on information you already have.
Right now, organizational insights are lying dormant in grant reports, strategy documents, survey data, meeting notes, and your team members’ heads.
I’ll gather and synthesize all of that into a PowerPoint that distills key findings and frames a strategic conversation with your team about what it means.
This service includes:
● Analysis of how your organization or team is faring on the degree to which it has articulated key dimensions of organizational internal health, especially strategic direction, employee experience, learning orientation, and DEI strategy
● Information about what you know and don’t know about these dimensions based on existing information
● Recommendations for next steps, tailored to your findings and priorities
● Facilitated discussion with your full team on ways forward
The report and facilitation of an interactive, fully transparent team discussion costs $7,500.
You’ll learn a lot from your own data and the insights of your team members,
but you’ll need to prioritize where to put your resources.
I offer three additional services to help your organization focus and thrive.
They’re priced individually and can be provided with or without an organizational insights report.
Strategic refinement.
You have a strategic plan, but it may be unclear, inconsistent, or misunderstood. You know that a lack of directional clarity will create inefficiencies and dampen your impact.
I can facilitate an inclusive process that emphasizes the insights, skills, and priorities of your team, and focuses on integration, especially with your organization’s DEI work.
You will emerge with a sharper strategy, and because my approach features authentic engagement of all voices in your organization and pays special attention to team members marginalized by inequities, you will also help contribute to a culture of transparency and trust that makes teams soar.
Learning agenda design.
I can help you build a strategic learning agenda that strengthens your day-to-day work.
No siloed evaluation plan here: I help teams prioritize what they need to learn and why; create manageable plans for collecting, analyzing, and using data; engage teams in participatory learning; and help team members practice applying learnings to decisions in their day-to-day work. The agenda can also serve as an accountability mechanism to demonstrate for funders, boards, and other partners the contributions of your organization's work.
The result? A culture shift to a true learning orientation, which strengthens trust and relationships, fosters better decisions, and leads to bigger impacts.
Change management leadership coaching.
I can help you model and foster the shifts required to regularly, collaboratively, and transparently tend to your organization’s internal health.
I provide individualized coaching that features a blend of facilitated problem-of-practice calls, joint analysis of artifacts of change work, and tools to sustain those shifts after our coaching concludes.
This experience will help you live into the strategic clarity your team built together, and model a learning orientation in the day-to-day work of your organization.
