Communities of practice.
I convene groups of peers across organizations and roles on a regular schedule to create trusting relationships and engage in powerful, peer-driven learning. Participants are better connected, more confident, more inspired. They have exemplars and lessons and strategies they would not have had otherwise. I can design and lead on behalf of these communities, serve as a coach or facilitator within an existing one, or provide thought partnership to others leading these communities on how to create coherent, powerful structures that unleash the magic of peer learning.
Funder learning networks.
I help groups of funders with common interests develop and implement a shared learning agenda they pursue together over time. Program officers and program directors engage in these powerful professional development experiences that highlight trends in the field, effective investment strategies, and opportunities to co-fund with other funders. Similar to my offering on communities of practice, I can design and lead these networks or participate as a coach, facilitator, or thought partner in existing ones.
Team retreats.
I help organizations design and facilitate retreats filled with joy, reflection, learning, and connection. Your team will emerge feeling heard, inspired, and confident they can tackle their day-to-day challenges better than ever. I’ll work alongside your team to create an experience that meets you where you are organizationally and pushes you to grow, together.
